In November 2023, Chongqing Council for the Promotion of International Commerce and Culture officially awarded Baichen Lanka Sustainable Development PVT LTD as its Sri Lanka representative office. The main function of Council is to provide services to enterprises that intend to participate in international economic, trade and cultural exchange activities, pay attention to major events in the fields of international economy, trade and culture, write research reports, study existing problems, and report to relevant departments, proposing solutions and suggestions which are aimed at promoting cooperation and exchanges in the fields of economy, trade and culture between China (Chongqing) and other countries and regions around the world.

Ms. Zhang Mingxing, Director of Baichen Lanka Sustainable Development PVT LTD, was appointed as the Sri Lanka representative of the council, and is fully responsible for the association’s activities in Sri Lanka.
